Fabulous Greetje and the perfect wardrobe for your climate
Many of you will know my friend Greetje. We became friends as a direct event of this web log and she lives but around the corner from where I ever stay in Holland. Therefore we ever grab up whenever I'thousand there.
I'grand always blown away virtually how fabulous she looks hither. She has the perfect wardrobe for the ever irresolute Dutch climate. Total of great basics and items for layering. She also dares to stand out equally this fabled yellow coat testifies.

Today Greetje was rocking her trademark skinnies. The pants she has fully embraced every bit they just look so fabulous on her. When paired with a classic blazer and gimmicky pearls, information technology becomes a classy and trendy look. Love this combination of casual and dressy!

Finishing off the wait are these shiny silverish pumps. She had spotted these from a designer label and was very tempted to buy them, but the loftier price tag had stopped her. To her surprise though, she spotted a very similar pair for much less (about US$35) at Marks & Spencers in The Hague.
Whenever I come across women like Greetje, I'k always reminded how important it is to accept wardrobes that suit your climate. My wardrobe is so tailored towards the hot & humid climate of Singapore, that it's always very difficult to pack great outfits for The netherlands. I simply don't ain the jackets and layers for this climate anymore. Even though I take a modest winter capsule wardrobe, it simply offers limited options.
This is not a bad thing of form. It'due south so important to purchase a wardrobe for your most ascendant climate (rather than the climate you sometimes dream of). It's just a fleck inconvenient when you are traveling and crave multifariousness.
